- Generated content: The movie posters created for you are saved to your account so you can access them from the My Creations page.
- Payment information: Purchases are processed by third-party payment providers. We do not store your full card details on our servers.
- Usage data: We collect analytics data (such as pages visited and features used) through Google Analytics to understand how the service is used and improve it.
3. How We Use Your Information
- To generate movie posters from your photos using Google's Gemini AI image generation service.
- To create and manage your account, credits, and purchases.
- To store and display your uploaded photos and generated posters.

4. How Your Photos Are Processed
When you generate a poster, your uploaded photo is sent to Google's Gemini API for processing. The photo is used solely to create your poster. Your photos and generated posters are stored in Firebase (Google Cloud) storage associated with your account, and are not shared publicly unless you choose to share them.
5. Sharing of Information
We do not sell your personal information. We share information only with the following service providers, and only as needed to operate the service:
- Google (Firebase & Gemini AI): for authentication, data storage, and AI image generation.
- Payment processors: to handle credit purchases securely.
- Google Analytics: for anonymized usage statistics.
6. Cookies
We use cookies and similar technologies (such as local storage) to keep you signed in, remember your preferences, and measure site usage via Google Analytics. You can control cookies through your browser settings, but disabling them may affect how the service works.
7. Data Retention & Deletion
We retain your account data, uploaded photos, and generated posters for as long as your account is active. You can delete individual photos and creations from within the app at any time. We use industry-standard safeguards, including Firebase Authentication and secured cloud storage, to protect your data. However, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
9. Children's Privacy
Movie Posterize is not intended for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will delete it.
